This package is best the couple looking to plan the wedding themselves, but need some direction or inspiration. Princess Weddings can assist you with solutions to how to stretch a small budget, creation of a wedding timeline, sourcing vendors, and so much more.
Consultations begin with a meeting or telephone call where you discuss with Princess Weddings areas in your wedding that require assistance. A set period of time will be given where we will gather all the information that you have requested. Shortly afterward a meeting in person will take place, these meetings are usually 2 hours long, where Princess Weddings will present you with helpful tools and industry contacts to help you on your way.
Consultations can be a one-time meeting or an ongoing service.

About our Coordination
Our Coordination packages are designed for the couple that wants to bring Princess Weddings on board to coordinate their special day. It will become a stress-free and enjoyable experience for everyone in attendance.
Services include, but are not limited to:
- Finalizing details and contracts with all vendors
- Sourcing last-minute vendors, if need be
- Site visit of ceremony and reception venue to discuss event details
- Creation and distribution of wedding day itinerary to all parties involved
- Supervision of wedding rehearsal
- Coordination of decor and venue set up
- Ensure all participants involved are aware of their cues and responsibilities
- Overseeing timely execution of all ceremony and reception details (Cocktails, Dinner, Cake Cutting, Entertainers & Speeches)
- Emergency kit on hand for the duration of the celebration
- Delivery of final vendor payments
